📅 Quick Update: When The Dinner Shift Kicks Off (And How to Stay Busy Until Then!)
Hey everyone! Thanks again for jumping into The Dinner Shift—it's so exciting to see this community growing! I wanted to give you a quick heads-up on our full cooking schedule, as I'm currently wrapping up a major move back to Connecticut. What to Expect Next The official, full-throttle launch of our new content will begin after November 3rd. Once I'm settled in my new kitchen, you can expect: • New Recipes: Several Times a Week! I'll be posting new weeknight recipes, focused on shortcuts and getting delicious food on the table, a few times a week. • New Videos: I'll be creating new cooking videos to walk you through the prep and cooking process. What to Do in the Meantime Just because the kitchen is in boxes doesn't mean we stop cooking (or at least, thinking about cooking!): 1. Oldies But Goodies: I'll be uploading a few past cooking videos and favorite shortcut recipes I've created to the Classroom section. Think of it as a sneak peek of what's to come! 2. Jump into the Discussion: The best way to build this community is by hearing from you. Please keep using the main feed to share your struggles, wins, and shortcut ideas from your own kitchen. The more you contribute, the stronger we all become! Thanks for your patience while I unpack the pots and pans! Stay tuned—lots of delicious, non-fancy content is coming your way very soon! P.S. If you have any easy weeknight recipes you swear by during a hectic week, share them below!

Dinner Crisis Solved: Your Weeknight Survival Guide is Here!
🍽️ Welcome to The Dinner Shift: Your New Kitchen Crew! Hey, everyone! I'm your host, Rachel, and I am so excited to welcome you to The Dinner Shift—the dedicated space for full-time working moms who are tired of the dinner panic. If you’re anything like me, you love your family, but after a long day of work, the thought of cooking a gourmet, from-scratch meal is just a fantasy. This community is here to make that second shift in the kitchen easy, delicious, and stress-free. What We're About This group is NOT for fancy food bloggers, complicated recipes, or culinary perfection. This is for real life. * We embrace shortcuts. Rotisserie chickens, pre-chopped veggies, and canned beans are our best friends. We're about getting delicious, homemade-ish food on the table fast. * We focus on the essentials. We'll be sharing recipes, tips, and strategies for weeknights where you only have 20–30 minutes to cook. * We are a supportive crew. This is a non-judgmental zone. If you have to serve cereal for dinner, you can share it here! Your First Assignment (It's an Easy One!) We're all here because we share the same struggle. To get started, please drop a comment below and let us know: What is the single hardest part about cooking dinner after a full day of work? Is it the time? The planning? The exhaustion? Let's hear it! I can't wait to start cooking with you all! Let's get some dinner on the table. 👊
