The Deschooling Adult is a reflective, grounded space for parents, founders, facilitators & SDE explorers. Self-directed education doesn’t begin with the young people - it starts with us, as we gently unlearn the school-shaped thinking we carry.
Led by Kate, co-founder of East Kent Sudbury (the UK’s first Sudbury Model setting) and experienced SDE course guide having supported parents, founders & facilitators for many years. This space offers guidance rooted in lived practice.
Tier 1: Deschooling Foundations is for adults beginning or deepening their deschooling journey. Supporting adults in supporting their young people. Includes courses, monthly circles, Q&A and community support.
Tier 2: Founders & Facilitators Path is for anyone creating or facilitating SDE communities. Includes 'Founders School', facilitation training, governance guidance, advanced resources and monthly calls.
Wherever you are in your process, you’re welcome to explore at your own pace. We learn to unlearn, together.
