How To Use The Prompts
Most days, I’ll post a single question here. Read it. Pause for a moment. Respond briefly if it’s useful — a sentence, a word, or nothing at all. There’s no need to reply to others. There’s no expectation to keep up. Quiet days are fine. The value is in the pause, not the post. This isn’t a coaching process or an accountability system. It’s a way of staying oriented, so your time and attention go where they should. Then get on with your day. You’re welcome to be here in whatever way serves you. Stephen
