This 4th of July, you may have several conversations with people that know you’re in Real Estate. This is your opportunity to make a statement with your expertise! How many homes are available? How many homes are under contract? How many homes have sold in the last 30 days? What’s interesting about what’s happening locally that no one is talking about?
