But later… we realize it wasn’t misalignment at all. It was necessary movement. ✨ This is your reset. End of April Check-In: Where Are You Really?
April was about getting grounded, getting clear, and becoming aware of what’s been holding us back. But let’s be real for a second… Life didn’t stop just because you were trying to get aligned. Things still happened. Unexpected shifts. Emotions. Situations that may have felt completely out of alignment. And in those moments, it’s easy to think… “Why is this happening?” “This isn’t part of the plan.” But if you’ve lived long enough, you already know the truth: Some of the things that felt the most misaligned… ended up putting you exactly where you needed to be. You just couldn’t see it yet. So instead of resisting, we reset. Not from frustration... But from awareness. Now be honest with yourself… ✔️ What did you start? ✔️ What did you avoid? ✔️ Where did you show up fully? ✔️ Where did you shrink? No judgment—just awareness. Because awareness is what gives you power. Before we step into May, pause and do this: 📝 Drop 1 thing you’re proud of from April 📝 Drop 1 thing you’re leaving behind 📝 Drop 1 thing you are committed to in May This is your reset moment. Not next week. Not tomorrow. Right now. We’re not overthinking in May… we’re moving.

Before we set intentions… before we make plans… before we take action— We ground. Because anything built from chaos, pressure or overwhelming energy won’t last. This month, we move with intentional action—but it starts by coming back to ourselves first. ✨ Week 1 Focus: CLARITY And clarity begins with grounding. Today is about slowing down and reconnecting: • Take a few deep breaths • Sit in stillness, even if just for a few minutes • Step outside, touch the earth, feel your body present Bring your energy back to neutral. Back to center. From that space, ask yourself: • What do I truly want this month? • What area of my life needs my attention the most? • What am I no longer willing to tolerate? No pressure.
