Being with yourself can be surprisingly hard. (Even after years of inner work. Even when you know all the tools.)
The Crying Club is a free, short Zoom session a few times a week — about 15-20 minutes. I put on some music, we take a few breaths, and we just... sit with whatever's there. Camera optional. No transformation expected. No sharing. No agenda.
Why a club with no goal?
Because sometimes you need a place where nothing is being asked of you. A place where you don’t need to fix, improve, heal, optimize, or be anything other than what you are in that moment.
So drop in when you want. Leave when you want. Go deep, sit quietly, cry, dissociate a little, breathe, feel nothing, feel everything.
There’s no “right” way to do this. Just space to be human, together, separately.
