Tumbler Q4 Ads, UGC Testimonial Campaign
Niche: Home & Lifestyle Country: USA Hiring Multiple Creators Selected creators will be paid $500 per deliverable. About this brief Tumbler is looking for 5 to 10 MALE UGC creators aged 30 to 55 for its Q4 advertising campaign. Creators should cook at home, understand proper knife handling, and be comfortable demonstrating the difference between a dull knife and a sharp knife after using the Tumbler rolling knife sharpening system. The content should provide an authentic testimonial and clearly demonstrate the product's value in a real kitchen setting. Content will receive one year of organic and paid usage, making this a strong opportunity for creators who can produce high-quality performance-focused UGC. Suggested angle Pitch home cooks who can show a credible before-and-after knife demo - real kitchen skills and comfort narrating a hands-on product test matter more than a big following here.

👋 Welcome to The Creator Advantage
I’m so happy you’re here!!! If you’re looking for another community full of recycled advice, copy-and-paste scripts, or people telling you there’s only one “right” way to succeed… You’re in the wrong place. The Creator Advantage was built because I believe every creator deserves a strategy that actually fits the individual. Your niche. Your strengths. Your personality. Your goals. Not someone else’s blueprint. This community is about building a real business, one that creates opportunities long after the latest trend fades. That also means we show up differently here. Here’s what I ask from every member: ✨ Introduce yourself. ✨ Celebrate other creators. ✨ Ask questions. ✨ Share wins (big or small). ✨ Share struggles when you’re stuck. ✨ Cheer each other on. The creators who get the most out of this community aren’t the ones who quietly watch from the sidelines. They’re the ones who participate. You never know whose comment, encouragement, or idea could completely change someone else’s journey. I genuinely want this to feel like a room full of creators who want to see each other succeed—not compete. You’ll also find: 🤎 Creator challenges 🤎 Live mentoring sessions 🤎 Portfolio feedback 🤎 Strategy trainings 🤎 Resources you can actually implement 🤎 Honest conversations about building a sustainable creator business My promise to you: I won’t teach you how to become a copy of someone else. I’ll help you become the creator brands remember. 👇 Let’s kick things off! Introduce yourself below: Tell us: • Your name • Where you’re from • Your niche (or the one you’re exploring) • One goal you want to accomplish in the next 90 days • One fun fact about yourself that has nothing to do with UGC Then spend a few minutes welcoming someone else into the community. Because that’s what The Creator Advantage is all about. 👏🏼 P.S. Turn on notifications so you don’t miss live events, new trainings, community challenges, and opportunities to connect with other creators. The more you participate, the more you’ll grow.
Quick portfolio check-in
because I want y’all to be honest 👀 For those of you using the Claude + Netlify portfolio method: Is the setup or upkeep feeling too complicated to realistically maintain for your level of techness? Because I still believe that method gives you a more custom, professional portfolio long-term… BUT if the tech is making you avoid updating your portfolio, then it is creating a problem instead of solving one. Vote below: YES — I understand it, but keeping it updated feels like too much KIND OF — I can do it, but I avoid touching it NO — I’m comfortable using and updating it No wrong answers!!! I found a simpler alternative for creators who need something easier to maintain. Something more Canva styled but actually useable! It is more template-based, but the templates are actually built for creators, and we can still use the portfolio link with Google Analytics so we’re not completely giving up the ability to track traffic and performance. If you vote YES or KIND OF, I will DM you and help you move into the simpler setup. The goal is not to make your portfolio more complicated. The goal is to make sure you actually USE it and have it work for you!

Let’s get real for a second… yes this is LONG AF.
I need to be really direct with y’all because I care about the results you get from being here. I have spent a lot of time adding more classes, more resources, more jobs, more opportunities and more access every single week. I’ve asked for your feedback, pivoted, adjusted things in my business and in my life, and tried to accommodate what you all say you want and need. But I’m noticing a pattern that is not working here. A lot of people are asking for MORE before they’ve actually implemented what’s already here. And that has to change if you are going to get anything out of this community. I cannot want this more than you do!!! I can teach you the strategies & skills. I can show you what brands are looking for. I can give you frameworks, feedback, opportunities and direction. But I cannot do the work for you. And I also cannot continue carrying the responsibility for someone else’s lack of execution. So going forward, Creator Advantage is becoming much more implementation focused. Here’s what that means: Every Monday, I’ll post a Weekly Implementation Challenge. 👀 There will be a dedicated tab for these challenges, and you’ll also get an email so there is no confusion around what we are working on that week. Each challenge will include specific action steps plus a way to PROVE you completed them. And the people who actually do the work will unlock the higher level of access y’all keep asking for. That can include: • Opportunity Board access with newly active campaigns, six-figure roles built around the skills I teach, and business advancement opportunities • Priority feedback during 30-minute 1:1 live sessions • Direct pitching done by me on your behalf • Campaign recommendations • Additional resources • Other perks tied directly to that week’s execution I’ll still be teaching. I’ll still be here. Matchd creators will still have access to Matchd campaigns. But I am no longer going to keep pouring more and more into people who are collecting information instead of using it, then wondering why they aren’t seeing movement.
🎥 Today’s Masterclass Replay + Slideshow Are Up!
If you couldn’t catch it live (or want to rewatch), the full replay and slide deck for Running Brand Campaigns are now in the classroom. Here’s everything to help you put it into action: 📦 Resources dropped for you: - Campaign Brief Template (fillable) — mirrors the Goal / Audience / Deliverables / Timeline / Budget breakdown from slides 5–6. Start here since everything else in this class builds off this one doc. - Pitch Script Swipe File — a few short templates built on the “weak vs. strong” language pattern from slide 8. Swipe the wording and make it yours. - Shot List Worksheet — pairs with the “From Strategy to Camera” slide. Translate your brief into an actual shot list before you ever pick up your phone. - Campaign Board Template — a plug-and-play version of the To Do / Doing / Done board from slide 11. Duplicate it, don’t build it. - Wrap Report Template — a one-page fill-in-the-blank for the “Launch → Report” step. This is the step almost everyone skips — don’t be almost everyone. 👀 🏆 Your Challenge This Week: Draft one Campaign Brief using today’s template even for a brand you haven’t landed yet. Post your finished brief in the comments and I’ll send you the contact info for the brand to pitch it to. 👀 Let’s run it like a pro.
