The trap I keep falling into (and how I'm breaking free this year)
Hey Mama, I've been lying to myself 🫣. Not in a malicious way, but in that sneaky way we all do when we convince ourselves that planning is the same as doing. That watching tutorials is the same as creating. That filling notebooks with ideas is the same as bringing even one of them to life. I've spent so much time consuming—binge-watching videos on painting, gardening, baking, writing you name it. Learning everything I possibly can before I feel "ready." Making sure I have all the right supplies, the perfect space, the correct mindset. 👉🏾 But here's what I realized: watching someone else paint isn't painting. Watching someone else bake isn't cooking. And filling notebooks with dreams isn't living them. All that consuming? It's just a comfortable place to hide. This is why I created this video to share some of my insights that I will be adjusting this year and also sharing some action steps to get moving. This is not just true for your creativity, but it can be applied to all areas of mom life. Check this video out if you are tired of waiting to start using your gifts and talents.
