πŸ“š Classroom Spotlight
One of the things I never want to happen in this community is for great classroom content to get buried simply because it wasn't posted this week.
πŸ‘‰πŸΌThere are quite a few resources inside the classroom now, and some of the older ones are just as valuable today as the day they were added. So once a week, I'm going to shine a spotlight on one that I think deserves another look.
⭐ This Week's Spotlight: Helping Without Pressure
One of the biggest misconceptions about selling at a craft market is that you have to be outgoing, persuasive, or have the perfect sales pitch.
You don't.
Most customers don't want to feel like they're being sold to. They want to browse, ask questions and decide in their own time. The vendors who create the best shopping experience are usually the ones who know how to be helpful without making people feel uncomfortable.
That's exactly what this classroom topic is about.
If you've ever wondered how to start conversations naturally, make customers feel welcome and increase your chances of making a sale without sounding pushy, I think you'll get a lot out of this one.
You can find it in the free classroom whenever you're ready.
I'd love to know your thoughts. Do you find it easier to chat with customers, or do you sometimes worry about coming across as too pushy?
