Hey everyone, my name is Celina. I'm a Group Director Talent Management (HR for those who might wonder)! I live in the NY metro area (basically across the Hudson…Midtown) in West New York, NJ!! Figure that out!
I joined this community to help me get support in figuring out what’s next and how to balance career and my life without feeling consumed or guilty.
I want to get these three things from this community:
- How to achieve balance

- just be a venting machine when I need to hear my thoughts out loud!
