✨ Ancestral Healing + Reinvention: A New Layer of Our Journey Begins

Hey ladies!

As we prepare to step into a powerful new year, I want to let you in on something that will become a much bigger part of our Courage Crew experience moving forward: ancestral healing.

Why?

Because one of the most profound parts of my own reinvention journey has been learning how to heal not just for myself—but for my lineage.

Understanding ancestral healing helped me:

Let go of inherited beliefs that were never mine to carry
See my pain and patterns through the lens of generational survival
Recognize that I’ve never been alone—my ancestors have been walking with me all along
And most importantly… find peace in my healing journey

You’ve probably heard of books like The Body Keeps the Score, which talk about how trauma is stored in the body. But what many don’t realize is that generational cycles—of scarcity, fear, sacrifice, silence—are stored too.

And because reinvention is triggered by the external life you crave, but ultimately requires internal change, we can’t skip this deeper layer.

We must not only release our own limiting beliefs…But also begin to release the inherited ones that no longer serve us or the life we’re creating.
