I can't even believe i'm writing this right now
I'm going to keep this post up until the end of this week (Oct 5th) because this is extremely vulnerable of me and it's raw. As I was recording HOC, I knew there was a lot of value and there was so much potential for this, but it didn't have the same spark and I didn't want to deliver something to you that was half assed just because there was pressure around it. I truly wanted to give you something transformative and digestible, and I want to make it up to you. DM me the word "AUDIT" on IG and I'm going to do a full in-depth business audit for you and give you a blueprint on how to use all the magic and amazing things you've already done, and use it as a catapult for the next 3 months of your business. As well as there's one extra bonus, but I will personally be reaching out to you once that is finalized. I don't want to just drop this information and leave you with no context, because I am transparent AF and I don't know about you, but my conscious will eat me up as it has been for the last 3 days if I don't get this out and share it with you. Last weekend was supposed to be the best weekend ever. I was supposed to do a massive brand shoot, redo my content style, and truly bring on this exciting rebrand, but everything went wrong. All my plans fell through. Yes, I took pictures and videos and stayed at the fancy hotel, BUT the camera equipment was not working, the lens was broken, I forgot my makeup bag at the hotel, literally everything went wrong. I was edging a huge panic attack and when I thought things couldn't get worse, it continued to get worse. One of the most important lessons about leadership and it's something I preach is... how do you lead yourself through challenging moments? do you falter? or do you get back up and continue to lead yourself? That kept popping up in my head as things just kept getting worse. I continued to show up for myself and did my best to make the best of a bad situation. I'm not telling you this as an excuse, but as an opportunity for you to learn from my mistakes and see how I lead myself.
