Completed Unit 1 "Understanding Reality through Energy" found in the classroom

I really enjoyed this unit and found it thought provoking and informative. Erin provides some PDF's to read prior to watching the video. She provides history along with modern day teachings. She discusses early metaphysical thinkers like Plato, Aristotle, Kant, and Jung. She also discusses manifestation and the law of attraction. Her presentation is well written and video is packed with information. I found the unit to be helpful and look forward to doing more.
