I really enjoyed this unit and found it thought provoking and informative. Erin provides some PDF's to read prior to watching the video. She provides history along with modern day teachings. She discusses early metaphysical thinkers like Plato, Aristotle, Kant, and Jung. She also discusses manifestation and the law of attraction. Her presentation is well written and video is packed with information. I found the unit to be helpful and look forward to doing more.

Has anyone else every seen this going through the skies? I went out to take my dog to the bathroom and my eye immediately caught this weird slow moving light. It didn't look like a plane light so I took my phone out to get a better look. Does anyone know what it is?

Hello friends! I’m so excited to be bringing you the Frequency Fundamentals course, which I plan to have ready by Thanksgiving. This 10-unit program is designed to give you a solid, well-rounded understanding of energy and frequency—and, most importantly, how to apply those principles in your everyday life. While the course won’t be free, I’ve done my best to keep it accessible and affordable. I’d also love your feedback on another idea. I’ve written a self-guided life coaching program that could easily be adapted into a class format—divided into units, each with worksheets and a short recorded lecture to help anchor the material. Because it would be entirely self-paced, the cost could stay much lower than most traditional life coaching programs.
