I had a moment this week — one of those quiet, unplanned ones — where I realized something I wasn’t expecting:
My creativity comes back the fastest when I stop trying to produce…and just let myself feel.
I put down the plan, picked up a pen, and let whatever wanted to spill out… SPILL.
No goal.
No structure.
No “is this good?” voice hovering over my shoulder.
Just sensation → emotion → expression.
And suddenly the ideas loosened.
Not because I worked harder…but because I softened.
It reminded me that creativity isn’t about getting it right —it’s about letting something inside you breathe.
So I’m curious:
What’s one feeling you’ve been avoiding that might actually need to move through you creatively?
A color, a scribble, a sound, a movement — anything.
