It leaves a victim feeling like a shell of their former self. However, despite the adverse and often horrific experience, & whether we believe it or not, narcissistic abuse serves a catalyst for awakening and expansion.
As a survivor myself, I understand the depth of powerlessness victims experience, and know very well the immense difficulty faced when piecing oneself back together. My in person group served over 100 members. Now I'd like to help you.
