Welcome to The Clubhouse, your tee time is starting soon.
So before you start going through the classroom, there's one thing I want you to do first.
Go to the Golf Body Snapshot and run the five tests. About ten minutes. You'll want a wall, a piece of tape and a tape measure for one of them, everything else you can do right where you're standing.
Now, here's why that goes first. Everything else in here is going to land a lot harder once you know what your own body actually does. Single leg with your eyes closed is the one most guys fail, and honestly that one alone is going to tell you something.
You'll get your score back as soon as you finish. Post it in Post Your Score, and post it even if it's bad, especially if it's bad, because everybody in here is somewhere on the same road and nobody's getting judged for where they're starting.
Then go look around. The whole library's open, mobility, stability, strength, power and speed, plus the warm-ups and the resets you can use this weekend. Ask me anything in Ask Brett, I'm in here every day.
One thing so nobody's surprised. The first seven days are free, and on day eight it turns over to the membership. That's when the full Golf Body Index opens up, nineteen tests instead of five, and that's the one that tells you which side you've been compensating on, which five tests can't do. Plus the app, and the twelve phases.
So. Go run the five, post your number, and I'll see you in the comments.
