Happy Monday! This time of the year is perfect to start spending more time in the kitchen cooking healthy, delicious, and cozy homemade meals. Each Monday, I'm going to post a new recipe for you to try to get you excited about cooking, because I believe cooking at home does not need to be overwhelming, it can actually be very therapeutic and relaxing! Recipes are a great way to try something new as well :)
It is full of fiber, hidden veggies, and protein while being so flavorful! The best part is that it makes so much, so you have leftovers all week which makes dinners so much easier, or it can easily be frozen for later.
