Welcome to Living Well with Heart Failure/CHF! We are so glad you are here! This community is for anyone with heart failure or CHF (congestive heart failure) and their friends, family, and caregivers. Your FREE membership includes 5 videos on the Classroom tab under Heart Failure/CHF Introductory Lessons (three are posted two are coming soon) and engagement with others in this community on the Community tab. We also have a $10 monthly membership that gives you access to a monthly "hangout" and Q&A session.
