First video is out!
Sorry it took me so long to get something posted. Life! Anyway, I posted a two minute video overview of the CHF Learning Lab. See what you think! Most videos will not be like this first one. Most will have me showing some slides but also going onto the internet to show you where I get my information, etc. Hoping to get the next video out next week!

Welcome to the new members!
Thank you so much for doing my new community! I see some former H2U members have joined. That makes my heart happy! I don't have any content up yet. My goal is to post one educational video per week and a live stream where we can interact once or twice per month. Bear with me as I work on getting everything rolling!

My name is Allison, and I am the spouse of a CHF patient who is also a four-time stroke survivor. My husband is totally independent and has not returned to the hospital since the hospitalization where he was diagnosed with CHF in August of 2020. We attribute his current health status to lifestyle and regular medical check-ups. I am also a certified health educator. I am so pleased to meet you!
