You will establish your business foundation, define your event space concept, and position yourself as a legitimate business in the eyes of banks, landlords, and partners. Outcome: You will have your business set up and a clear vision of what you’re building.

Week 2: Business Plan & Projections This week forces you to understand your numbers. You will build your business plan, break down startup costs, estimate monthly expenses, and project revenue so you know what success actually looks like. Outcome: You will have a completed business plan and realistic financial projections.

Week 3: Funding & Credit Strategy This week focuses on how you will fund your business. You will learn how to build business credit, understand funding options, and position yourself to qualify for capital without guessing or relying only on personal funds. Outcome: You will have a clear funding strategy and begin building your financial foundation.

Week 4: Market Research & Location Strategy This week is about making smart location decisions. You will identify your target market, analyze competitors, and determine what areas make sense for your event space based on demand and profitability. Outcome: You will have 2–3 target areas identified for your event space.

Week 7: Branding & Automations You will develop your brand, create pricing, and automate your venue.

Week 8: Launch & Operations This week brings everything together. You will finalize your setup, understand how to manage bookings, and create a plan to operate your event space consistently and profitably. Outcome: You will have a launch plan and operational structure in place.
