Functional fitness is by far the most important in my opinion. Being strong in every position, a mixture of cardio and strength. Here I have a bunch of exercises from doing squats using @atgbuddies - pull-ups for arm and back strength - handstands for balance (a good show of strength in the core) and many more done on the day.
