As a cardiologist, there’s one ECG I’ll never forget.
A young patient came in “just feeling tired.” No chest pain. No collapse.
But the ECG showed subtle ST elevation in lead aVR with widespread depression elsewhere — a left main coronary occlusion.
We activated the cath lab immediately and saved him within 30 minutes.
