We are instructed to let everybody know when we start the 14 day challenge or the 7 day core challenge, and tell how it feels. Well, unfortunately I cant find any of those posts :( Anyway, this week I started doing both of these challenges simultaneously, because doing only one didnt feel too challenging. Today i'm on day 3, there's the crunch pulses with rib squeeze excercise. I'm not sure if i did it correctly, because i didn't feel much in the abs area, instead it affected my neck muscles very roughly. The ism rib compression breathing is also new to me, not sure if i got it right, but maybe next time it will feel better.
