Getting The Bullshit Machine: Hard Reset is a good idea, but it's not required to get full value from this community or the course. Here's how to think about it. Everything you need is already inside you. The course and this community are here to help you access what's already there — not to hand you something from the outside. That's the whole point of the Hard Reset. It's not adding content. It's removing what's been covering what was already there. The book is useful in a few specific ways. When something comes up in the course that you want to go deeper on — a concept that landed and you want more of it, a moment where you recognized something and want to sit with it longer — the book is there for that. It expands on everything the course introduces and gives you the longer conversation you can have on your own time when you're ready for it. It also helps on live calls. The deeper understanding you get from the book means better questions, sharper engagement, and more productive conversations for everyone in the room. You'll know the material well enough to go somewhere useful with it rather than just getting introduced to it for the first time. But the answers the book is pointing at are the same answers that are already inside you. The book just gives you more language for what you're already finding out. The course is free. Start there. Most programs are competing for the same slot. Diet programs compete with other diet programs. Spiritual frameworks compete with other spiritual frameworks. Career coaches compete with other career coaches. They're all trying to convince you that their content is the right content. The Hard Reset isn't content. It's the removal of what was distorting your ability to evaluate content in the first place. It's pre-program. It sits underneath everything else. Which means it doesn't compete with any of it. It actually makes every other program more effective for the person who goes through it first. The diet works better when the emotional eating mechanism has been examined. The spiritual practice lands deeper when the substanceless identity built around religion has been cleared. The career path makes more sense when you're choosing from who you actually are rather than from who the machine decided you should be. That's a strong and honest market position. Not because it's strategic but because it's accurate. The Hard Reset produces a clearer person. A clearer person makes better choices across every domain. Whatever they choose next they're choosing it with better information about who's doing the choosing. That's the pitch. And it's true.

God v. ALL CAPS GOD

God vs. GOD Who are you praying to? An Observational Piece to help take the contradiction out of God. Here is a question nobody seems to be asking. Why is IN GOD WE TRUST printed on every piece of American currency? Think about that for a second. Not as a cultural habit or a historical footnote. As a genuine question. Which God are we talking about? The God that created the oceans, the trees, the birds, the nervous system, the human body, the flower that grows through concrete without anyone’s permission — that God? The one that built a universe that runs on its own without filing any paperwork? What would that God want with money? This is not an attack on faith. It is an honest question about which God is actually being referenced when the word shows up on legal tender, in courtrooms, in the pledge of allegiance, and in the name of decisions made by people who were completely certain they had divine backing. Two Different Things There is the God of nature. The creator. The thing that made the dandelion, which grows without being planted, without being watered, without a single dollar changing hands, and which also happens to support liver function and kidney function and a dozen other things nobody mentions because there is no money in a weed. That God does not appear to need a building. Does not require a government registration. Did not ask to be printed on currency. Built an operating system that runs continuously, at extraordinary complexity, without institutional support of any kind. Then there is the God that shows up in institutions. The one that requires a 501c3 filing to be recognized by the government as legitimate. The one whose representatives align themselves with political movements and tell their congregations who to support in elections. The one whose name appears on money and in legal oaths and in the justifications for policies that have nothing obvious to do with creation, nature, or the kingdom of heaven being within you. These are not obviously the same God.
