The Costco Samples Didn't Get Me This Time 😂
Apparently we go to Costco for the samples. 😂 Or a least my little one does Thankfully I had my Gold, because one of my FAVORITE things it does for me is keep my appetite in check. I tried a few, but I wasn’t snacky or wanting everything in sight—and that used to be a BIG struggle. Appetite support. Less puffiness. Joint comfort. Gut health. Healthy blood sugar support. Glowing skin. 💛 And my before & afters from last week speak for themselves. And a sweet lady gave me a little Jesus! Need some GOLD? Comment GOLD.

I DON'T PICK PRODUCTS BASED ON WHAT'S TRENDING.
I'm pretty picky about what earns a permanent spot in my routine. I want to know: What's in it? Why is it there? Will I realistically use it consistently? Does it fit what I'm trying to support? And do I notice enough of a difference that I actually WANT to keep using it? That's why I talk about the same products over and over. Not because I ran out of things to post. They're the things I actually use. If there's something you've seen me drinking or sharing and wondered, “Okay, but what does THAT one do?” ask me below. I'll tell you.

I'M NOT TIRED OF MY LIFE. I'M TIRED OF BEING TIRED WHILE I'M LIVING IT.
Those are two very different things. You can love your family. Love your work. Love the life you've built. And still realize you don't feel like yourself lately. That's what made me start paying closer attention to how I was taking care of ME. Not because I wanted a different life. Because I wanted to feel better living the one I already love.
