Hi everyone! for the last weeks I've been extremly busy at work, finishing late and having little time for myself. So instead of continue with the course training or the youtube videos I've been practicing from what I've learn here. Because after working 11 to 12 hours with the computer just want to disconnect from technology. So I sit on a block and breath... What I found the most useful for me right not is a slow yogic breathing. Just to feel the movement of the air inside from the belly to the chest and back its really nice! So just wanted to share this :) Looking forward to continue learning new techniques here! namaste
