Welcome to this space 🤍
I want to take a moment to gently set the heart for what we’re building here. This community isn’t meant to be surface level. It’s not a highlight reel or a place where we feel like we have to package our healing nicely. This is where we come to go a little deeper. It’s where we can say the things we usually only silent repost. The things we type out and delete. The things that feel too vulnerable to fully express out loud. My hope is that this becomes a place where we can pour it out safely. Our fears. Our triggers. Our trauma. Our questions. Our praise. Our testimonies. All of it has a place here. There is so much healing that happens when we’re honest and witnessed without judgment. And I feel a deep responsibility to help steward a space where that kind of honesty feels safe and held. Scripture says that where two or more are gathered, He is there… and I truly believe that applies here too. The Holy Spirit is welcome in this space. He’s present in what we share, what we’re learning, and how we’re growing. I’m just grateful to be a vessel and facilitator for what He wants to do among us. As we build, here are some gentle expectations for the culture of this community: This is sisterhood. So we lead with compassion, confidentiality, and respect. We hold space for each other without judgment or comparison. This is trauma informed. So we understand that healing is layered. We honor triggers, survival patterns, and emotional process without rushing one another. And this is also a growth space. We’re not here to stay stuck, but to surrender what we’ve been carrying and allow God to rebuild us in truth. Here’s what you can expect as the space continues to grow: • Weekly guided meditations rooted in scripture, reflection, and journaling • Live Bible studies where we walk through books of the Bible together • Honest community conversations and support threads • Trauma informed teachings around healing and emotional processing • Self-paced courses added into the classroom over time

🌿 Introduce Yourself + Bless This Space 🌿
I wanted our very first community thread to be intentional… not just informational. So think of this as both an introduction and a blessing over the space we’re building together 🤍 Before anything else, I just want to pray: God, we welcome You here. In every post, every comment, every confession, every testimony. Let this be a space where women feel safe to be honest about where they truly are… not where they feel they should be. Cover this community with wisdom, gentleness, accountability, and growth. Let sisterhood form here in ways that heal, not harm. And let everything built here be rooted in You. Amen 🕊️ Now it’s your turn. I want you to introduce yourself… but from an honest place, not a polished one. Wisdom requires honesty about where we’re actually at spiritually. So wherever you are on your journey, you are safe to say it here. Maybe you’re in: • A preparation season • A wilderness season • Healing from trauma • Detoxing from a relationship • Battling lust or old habits • Rebuilding your faith • Learning obedience • Or simply feeling tired and needing God to meet you again No matter where you are… you are safe to be seen here. This is a space where we don’t hide our process. We learn how to sit in the fire with one another… not to watch each other burn, but to witness each other be refined by God. So if you feel safe to be vulnerable, share: ✨ Your name (or username) ✨ Where you’re from ✨ One word that describes your current season ✨ What you’re hoping to receive or grow in here I’ll go first in the comments so you’re not doing it alone 🤍 Welcome to the space. I’m really grateful you’re here.
There’s something special about notes..
📖✏️ Note-Taking Tuesdays I’m starting something new here in the group called Note-Taking Tuesdays. Every Tuesday, I want us to drop pictures of our notes, scribbles, doodles, journal entries, highlighted passages, sticky notes, scripture cards, margins full of thoughts, or even a single sentence God has been speaking to our hearts. Take a picture and share it in the comments below. I’ll be sharing mine too. Sometimes it will be pages of notes from a Bible study. Sometimes it will be a highlighted paragraph from a book. Sometimes it might just be one scripture that I couldn’t stop thinking about all week. I think there’s something beautiful about remembering that learning God isn’t just spiritual. It’s embodied. We use our eyes to read. Our hands to write. Our minds to reflect. Our hearts to receive. Even the simple act of highlighting a verse, writing a note in the margin, or filling a page with questions can become an act of worship. It’s a way of slowing down, paying attention, and submitting both our minds and our bodies to the work of the Holy Spirit. So don’t worry about whether your notes are pretty. Don’t worry if all you have is a sticky note with one sentence written on it. Share what you’re learning. Share what you’re noticing. Share what the Lord is speaking. I’d love for this to become a little collection of holy breadcrumbs…evidence that God is meeting us in the ordinary moments throughout the week. ❤️

Meditation is BAAACKKK! 8pm Sharp!
Hey everyone 🤍 I just wanted to say thank you for your patience these last few weeks. Life brought a lot of unexpected challenges and things that needed my attention, but I’m grateful to finally feel like things are settling down a bit. I’ve genuinely missed being present with this community. I’m really looking forward to meeting with you all tonight at 8 p.m. for our meditation night. For the first 20 to 30 minutes or so, we’re simply going to reconnect and share a little about where we’re each at in this season. Nothing intense or pressure filled. You don’t have to share every detail. Just a gentle catching up and making space for one another again. After that, we’ll move into meditation and spend time focusing on the presence of God, noticing where we are in our journey, what’s been coming up internally, and allowing ourselves to slow down enough to actually witness it with Him. Tonight honestly feels like a recalibrating for our group. A reset in intention, presence, and direction after the last few weeks. I’m excited to see you all tonight 🤍
