We just added breathing posters to the classroom section- simple big heart breathing made beautiful for your classroom wall. Print them, hang them, and use them when the feelings get big. (Could be great for bedrooms and fridges too!) also, they are free downloads! 💛 Check the CLASSROOM section, and send pictures when they are up!! love you!!!

This is a space where we get to be real about big feelings (ours and the younger humans in our lives), and actually learn what to do with them. I would love to know: Who are you here for? (you, your child, your classroom?) And how is your heart feeling today? Life is better in community! xxxooo
