Welcome to The Better Movement Collective 👋
I’m really glad you’re here. My name is Jeremy, and I’m a physical therapist by training—but more importantly, I’m someone who genuinely cares about helping people move, live, and feel better in their bodies. Yes, I went through years of schooling, clinical training, and continuing education to become a PT. I understand anatomy, biomechanics, pain science, and rehab at a deep level. That knowledge matters—but it’s not the most important part of why I do this work. What matters most to me is people. Over the years, I’ve seen how confusing, frustrating, and isolating injuries and pain can be. I’ve seen people feel rushed, unheard, or told to “just push through it.” I’ve also seen how powerful it is when someone finally feels listened to, understood, and supported. That’s why this community exists. The Better Movement Collective is a space for education, yes—but also for compassion, encouragement, and real conversations about movement and health. Whether you’re dealing with an injury, coming back from a setback, or simply trying to take better care of your body, you belong here. My approach is simple: - I believe progress happens when people feel safe and supported - I believe understanding why something hurts is empowering - I believe motivation grows through empathy, not pressure - And I believe better movement leads to a better life Here, I’ll be sharing insights, guidance, and practical tools—but I’ll also be listening. My goal isn’t just to teach you what I know; it’s to help you feel more confident, capable, and connected to your body. Thank you for trusting me and for being part of this community. I’m excited to learn, grow, and move better together. 💛
