By practicing gratitude, I have shifted my mindset to abundance. I focus on the good things in my life and express gratitude for them. Gratitude is not just a feel-good emotion. I am experiencing improvements in my physical health, increased happiness and well-being. By starting my day with gratitude, followed by affirmations, vision, and mirror work, writing down what I am grateful for helps me to appreciate the good things in my life and recognize the abundance that surrounds me.
