Last day of my fast i feel weak but strong I stayed discipline to myself that im so happy to i kept my word to myself. I cant wait to eat atleast a salad and fruits and plenty of water and get my strength back Scripted day I woke up to the roosters 🐓 this morning as always to the smell of some Kenyan pancakes yummy with coffee and lemon & watermelon had a quick swim in the pool for a lite swim then shower and off to my zoom meeting after that I have to put my order information my personal chef for dinner. Next im going to get my annual check and to the dentist then home

Today’s what I did good started to make life altering food choices. What I could do better I ate kfc for lunch and felt awful after and decided I need to start eating better. When I got home went to the store and got healthy foods.
