I have been working out M-Sa, Sunday I rest and do yoga. I do 30 minutes on my walking pad, then I do a step aerobics with bowflex barbie. Every goal has been met this week and im very proud of myself. Next week im adding new vitamins and I should be finished with the first part of my cleanse. I bought a few pre-made salads just in case I want something other than what I meal prepped. I am also almost finished with my socal media break, I organized and got some things cleared with my business account. Im so grateful 🙏🏾
