Out of the Red!
I’ve only been in the store for 3 weeks and had only 2 weeks of training before I had to run the store by myself for a week. We made budget in the week that we were under my leadership. It played out just like I scripted! We had a few snafus but I remained the dominant energy and stayed unbothered!
