Great Call
I just got off of a great call with my son. He took the time to call me in between exploring California. He told me there are mountains 🏔️ with snow on them. I told him to send me a pic. I’m so grateful to reach this phase with my son. I’m done raising him and he took the raising. Now we can just have regular conversations. Tonight we were talking about body recomp and genetics. He told me you hardly do anything 🤣 ( I strength train 3x a week ) but you look great. I said yea son less is more 😆
