I work in real classrooms and systems where behavior support is expected—but not always supported. I’ve seen how a lack of structure, consistency, and clear guidance leads to frustration for both staff and students.
I believe behavior is communication, but more importantly, the environment shapes what that communication looks like. My approach focuses on resetting the environment first—because meaningful behavior change starts there.
Drawing from behavior analysis, education, and Montessori principles, I focus on practical, ethical strategies that build structure, independence, and clarity.
I’m doing this work every day—and using this space to take it further, share what works, and build something better alongside others in the field.
Reset the environment. Reset the behavior.
