Sometimes we move through the week focusing so much on what feels hard, unfinished, or uncertain… that we forget to notice what’s actually working.
So today, let’s pause for a moment.
Name one thing that is working in your life right now.
It doesn’t have to be something big.
Maybe:
You’re handling stress a little differently
You finally set a boundary you’ve been avoiding
You’re sleeping better
A relationship feels supportive
You made it through a hard week
You simply got out of bed when things felt heavy
Small things count, too.
Gratitude isn’t about pretending everything is perfect. It’s about gently grounding yourself in what’s steady, supportive, or moving in the right direction.
