Saturday – Self-Check Saturday: Who are you becoming?
Take a moment and check in with yourself today… Not “What did I accomplish?” Not “What still isn’t working?” But: Who am I becoming based on how I’m living right now? Your habits, your environment, your thoughts—they’re all shaping you. If nothing changed externally, but you continued exactly as you are… would you be proud of where that leads? What’s one small shift you can make today that aligns you with the version of you you actually want to become?

For me, this comes down to alignment. I know the version of me I’m becoming is intentional, self-trusting, and no longer moving from pressure. So today’s shift is simple: No overcommitting. No acting from urgency. Just choosing what actually feels aligned—and trusting that’s enough.❤️
Friday – Win + Celebrate 🎉
“What’s one win from this week? (Big or small)” And before you skip this—pause for a second. Your brain is wired to focus on what’s missing, what’s not done, what still needs fixing. That’s why this matters. A “win” doesn’t have to be huge. It could be: - Getting out of bed when it felt hard - Setting a boundary (even if your voice shook) - Showing up for yourself in a way you normally wouldn’t - Finishing something you’ve been avoiding - Simply making it through the week - Drop your win below 👇I’m celebrating every single one with you.

I’ll go first 🙋‍♀️ My win this week was getting back to the gym. It might seem small, but it felt really good to show up for myself again—especially when it would’ve been easy not to. Your turn 💬 What’s one win you’re celebrating this week?
What are you avoiding?
Most people don’t need more information…they need a moment of honesty with themselves. So let’s keep this simple today: 👉 What’s one thing you’ve been avoiding lately? (No overthinking. Just one word or one sentence.) And if you don’t want to share publicly, just take a second to be honest with yourself. That counts too.

I’ll go first: showing up consistently. Your turn 👇
Happy Monday 🤍
Let’s keep this really simple to start the week… One word check-in: How are you feeling right now? No overthinking. No explanations needed (unless you want to share more). Just one word. I'll post mine in the comments.

🌿 Tune-In Tuesday: Are You Abandoning Yourself to Keep the Peace?
Take a moment today and gently check in— Where are you choosing harmony… at the expense of yourself? Is it: Saying “it’s fine” when it actually isn’t Avoiding a conversation you know you need to have Shrinking your needs to make others more comfortable Letting things slide so you don’t feel like “too much” Sometimes it doesn’t look like overfunctioning. Sometimes it looks like self-abandonment. We tell ourselves we’re being easygoing. Understanding. Flexible. But underneath that…There’s often a quiet disconnect from our own truth. Today’s reset isn’t about creating conflict—It’s about creating honesty within yourself first. 👉 Ask yourself:“Where am I not being fully honest about what I need or feel?” And then—without pressure to fix everything—Just acknowledge it. Awareness is the first step back to yourself. If you feel comfortable sharing: What’s one small way you can honor yourself more today?

I’ll go first 🩷 Today, I honor myself by resting when I need to. Still learning that rest is productive too 🤍What about you?

I created New Vue on Life to support those who feel called to something more — even if they can’t yet explain what that is.
