Stop Applying Blindly — Fix Your Resume First
Many people apply for jobs every day, but only a few get callbacks. The difference is often not experience, it’s how the resume is written. Your resume should clearly show: - What you do best - The value you bring - Why an employer should choose you If your resume is not getting responses, it may need a proper review and adjustment. I’m currently offering a FREE resume review to help you spot what’s missing and how to improve it. Send your resume to oliviaharis04@gmail.com Let’s make your resume work for you, not against you.

2026 Announcement! Adjuster Talent Exchange Platform
Hey Cousins! I hope @everyone had a good holiday season. Going into 2026 we are building a new, more transparent way to prepare and connect adjusters with opportunities. A Different Way In. A Better Way Forward for Adjusters. Let's have an open and honest conversation about where we are for 2026. This has been a scarce season for many. Licensed adjusters are waiting on calls. Seasoned adjusters are watching the same names get recycled. Some are tired of re-interviewing for the same roles. Others want better access, faster deployment, or more control over how they’re presented. And many are exploring adjusting after layoffs or career shifts this year. We get it, because we’re a family of adjusters too. For years, adjusters have been hired based on resumes, rushed interviews, or who they may know. Experience alone hasn’t always translated into opportunity. We’re building something different: a platform where adjusters—new and seasoned—are professionally vetted, interviewed once the right way, and positioned for visibility based on demonstrated capability, not just a resume. • Where firms can hear how you handle insured conversations. • Where availability and readiness are clear upfront. • Where talent doesn’t get buried behind recycled lists. This is not a job board. This is not a promise of immediate work. It’s a smarter, more transparent way to prepare, position, and connect adjusters. We’re opening a limited pilot interest list to gauge interest across experience levels and specialties. If you’re interested in being seen clearly and positioned professionally, we’d like to hear from you. No obligation. No pressure. Just visibility and opportunity. This short form helps us understand who’s interested and how to build this platform the right way. Completing this form does not guarantee work or placement. 👇 Interest form link 👇 https://forms.gle/T51oZvnD1BEReDZ18
