Happy Sunday!
Rest is essential. We must make it a priority to ensure we are listening to our bodies and taking the necessary steps to protect our health. I recently experienced one of the most scariest things, a panic attack. It was the scariest thing I have ever experienced and I want to tell you all to rest and listen to your body because all of that stuff can wait!

Now I am going to say the quiet part out loud. Homeschool has nothing to do with curriculum and everything to do with mindset. I know that is not what you wanted to hear or in this case read, but it is the truth. Most homeschool moms focus so much on the outside stuff, that they do not focus on the inside stuff. The important inside stuff, like mindset, values, your real life, tend to get neglected, until you can't avoid it any longer.
