How much sleep do you get on average? Most adults require 7-8 hours per night.
Here are a few sleep tips to help:
✅Create a wind-down routine (about 15 minutes) – Deep breathing, light stretching, reading (non-work), prayer/meditation.
✅Protect your last 60 minutes from screens.
✅Cut caffeine by 2 p.m.
✅Sleep in a cold room (65-68).
✅Get your thoughts out of your head before bed – Write down anything on your mind and tell your brain you’ll handle it tomorrow.
✅Get 5-10 minutes of sunlight within an hour of waking up.
