How much sleep do you get on average? Most adults require 7-8 hours per night.
Here are a few sleep tips to help:

Create a wind-down routine (about 15 minutes) â Deep breathing, light stretching, reading (non-work), prayer/meditation.

Protect your last 60 minutes from screens.

Cut caffeine by 2 p.m.
â
Sleep in a cold room (65-68).
â
Get your thoughts out of your head before bed â Write down anything on your mind and tell your brain youâll handle it tomorrow.
â
Get 5-10 minutes of sunlight within an hour of waking up.
