It’s Week 2 of the Challenge, and we’re focusing on exercise and movement. I know… cue the collective groan. Most of us have room to improve here!
The CDC recommends about 30 minutes of activity most days, but the real key is this: do something you actually enjoy. If you hate running, don’t force yourself to train for a 5K. If you like to dance, try Zumba or a dance class.
For those of us with desk jobs, remember sitting is the new smoking. Try to get up and stretch, walk, or move every couple of hours.
