Compliance + Hot Mess Roundtable + Take Your MEDS Challenge
✅START 2026 WITH COMPLIANCE
It’s definitely not a sexy topic, but it’s important - HR Compliance. I think it's important address now so you can start 2026 well!
The biggest HR compliance fails that I see are:
✅Misclassifying employees as exempt, non-exempt, or contractors.
✅Personnel files not organized correctly (medical-related information, I-9s, and more in the file).
✅I-9 forms/E-Verity not done correctly or at all, failure to recertify when needed.
