Hello, im Scott and here is a little bit of how I came to be here. I work with men who feel stuck in a cycle of frustration, reactivity, and quiet resentment—often after life has knocked them on their ass. My work is shaped by personal experience. Following a contenious divorce, I found myself carrying anger and emotional weight that no amount of external success could resolve. That period forced me to confront how unresolved resentment, personal weakness, and loss of direction were quietly running my life. Through that process, I learned that regaining control doesn’t come from motivation, confidence tricks, or positive thinking—but from taking responsibility for my inner state and rebuilding from the inside out. Today, I’ve rebuilt my life by doing the internal work most men postpone or avoid. I help them tecognize the patterns that keep them stuck and begin restoring clarity, emotional control, and self-direction. My approach is practical, honest, and grounded in real life—designed for men who are ready to stop feeling out of control and to start living authentically.
