Quanitity, not Quality
When trying to lose weight remember that quantity > quality.
The number of calories you eat, not the macros.
The amount of walking you do, not how fast you run.
Oftentimes we want to go as hard as possible to burn the most amount of fat.
When in reality, walking 10k-15k steps a day will make the most effective difference.
