I wanted to take a moment to celebrate one of our own.
May took her poem, "Ghetto Story," and turned it into a song using Suno. Her song was released on music platforms and is now reaching listeners beyond the poetry page.
As poets, we often talk about giving our words wings. May did exactly that.
Please join me in congratulating her on this achievement. It's always exciting to see members of The Art of Poetry finding new ways to share their creativity with the world.
