All summer the crappie will be biting here
https://maps.app.goo.gl/EjQA5sRaNXJJ2nQV6?g_st=ac I just checked last week and the crappie are holding under every bridge on this canal. I use jigs and toss it under the bridges and let it fall about 2 to 3 ft and they will bite every time. This time of year the fish like to sit in the shade during hot days and you can't miss.

A crucial Summer Crappie spot in South Florida
This canal is crucial for my summer success in South Florida when it comes to producing Crappie. Usually the FL-700/Conners HWY canal locatoed in West Palm Beach, Florida provides a consistent Crappie bite under the bridges and side canals during this time. Its hot and all Crappie love shade so there is always fish holding up in schools around these areas. If you find any type of water that is flowing in this canal, fish it! It will be loaded with slab Crappie.

Crappie @ Palm Beach Lakes bridge east of I95
Want some 14inch Crappie? Fish this Bridge at night with no light. Jig outside of the shadow lines from the bridge on either side. This is super clean water and the fish don't like light. I tried dropping a lantern once and caught nothing. Fish about 1-2 ft under water and BOOM! Thank me later.
