The A.R.O.S.E. Method™ Framework
The A.R.O.S.E. Method™ is a framework created by Dasia Bobbs to help individuals understand trauma, grief, and survival patterns that affect emotional stability. This course introduces the five stages of the A.R.O.S.E. process—Awareness, Regulation, Ownership, Stabilization, and Evolution—designed to help people move from survival mode toward clarity, emotional grounding, and personal transformation.
