Tarot and the Uncanny
I just met with a friend today who had been previously stressing out about her big clients being slow to pay their invoices, putting her whole business at risk.
Today, she woke up to find that multiple clients had paid their balances in full all at once, saving her business.
She decided to pull a card to help interpret the moment, and she drew the Ace of Pentacles! (from the Circle of Doors Tarot, where we call it the Ace of Shells). She also remarked that it was a card that she had never pulled in any reading before after 2+ years of owning the deck.
This is what I love so much about Tarot, how it can show up in such powerfully and unambiguously synchronistic ways. Honestly, sometimes cards just “don’t land”…but sometimes (shockingly often) they land in a way that is so potent that it makes you question the very nature of reality.
Would love to hear other peoples’ stories on Tarot creating memorable uncanny/synchronistic moments like this 😊
