Why I Built AF Scaling Academy (My “Selfish” Reason)
AF Academy exists because all the other masterminds and groups out there are either distracting ADHD entrepreneurs with more ideas instead of more traction on the RIGHT things… Life & business are a lot like a video game: Each level requires a specific knowledge of the skills, the map, and the boss at the end of the level. But the skills that help you get past level 1 aren’t the same ones that you will need to get to level 2. You don’t need another group with a million ideas and distractions–you already have enough of that. And I’m not here to waste my time running another generic business group. This is a growth-minded room where you can: - Get unstuck and connect with people who help you level up - Get out of isolation and into momentum - Build in public, get feedback, and stack wins Our Mission: To install a business OS into neurodivergent-run businesses—so founders can stop feeling isolated and ashamed and go from Launch → Legacy. This is the Resources Vault for ADHD AF Scaling Academy. It exists for one reason: so you can stop hunting and start implementing. This section is Admin-Only posting to keep it clean, searchable, and high-signal. How to get value fast (3-step method) Step 1) Start with your bleed Pick the ONE area that’s bleeding right now: - Offer - Leads (Acquisition) - Sales (Conversion) - Delivery - People Step 2) Use the filters (don’t scroll) When you open this section, use: - Search (type the bleed: “offer”, “leads”, “sales”, “delivery”, “people”) - Tags (we tag every resource by function) Step 3) Implement one thing Rule: one resource, one action, one result. If you consume 10 resources and implement 0, you’re back in dopamine debt.
